In loving memory of his beloved "Gramma" Evelyn Sanders, NamedBran B. Hi continues Tryin Hard Under God. Today, 11/11/11 marks the 12th anniversary of Gramma's transition through the pearly gates of heaven. It was the original release date scheduled for NamedBran's first official album. Unfortunately the album has been pushed back potentially to a 2012 spring release, with the tentative title, T.H.U.G. Iz T.H.U.G. - Get Up 2 It. Allow me to break that down for you. Tryin Hard Under God Iz The Highest Under God, and NamedBran B. Hi, which is why others must aspire to get UP to it! The aim is higher ground! You follow me? This has been another remarkable year, full of obstacles accomplishments, and other ish. Prayers go up and blessings come down! I'm Tryin Hard Under God until my spirit is in heaven and my flesh is in the ground!
While unable to perform at 100% the Code Redd fam was still as busy as ever. After getting back heavy on the show scene, it was time to flood the streets once again with that #TryinHardUnderGodMusic, and now NamedBran Productions brings you the T.H.U.G. DVD series as well. The first DVDS were released in 2010 titled "NamedBran B. Hi -Tha Last Hope Dvd" while his partner Tommy Gibbs "Da Inspiration" simultaneously dropped the "Code Redd Da Inspiration Dvd" This was only the beginning of their editing and directing.
Tommy Gibbs "Da Inspiration" made his return to the show scene with a vengeance!!! Da Inspiration got down in front of a packed house at 6Rings Championship Fridays #24 at Murphy's in Forest Park, IL. That Code Redd boy is back in action and he definitely had the joint crackin! It seems as if they cannot be stopped. Honor the Code....CODE REDD 4 LIFE!!!
Now, after a long topsy turvy year everything is falling back into place. Big Un and Sweeney Todd of Mob Action have been networking, doing shows and making moves. So the CRMA team never fully left the scene. EVER! NamedBran Productions has released the "NamedBran B. Hi - Now Ya Heard Of Me Dvd" as well as the dedication to the fallen souljahs, the"Thug In Peace: Livin Fast - West Side Chi Dvd" in addition to collaborating with Code Redd Films to release the "Kickin It With CRMA (Code Redd & Mob Action) Dvd". All of these are heavy on the scene in the streets right now, and are actually available in stores exclusively at the Exclusive Quickcomm located on Lake & Central (in the lot next to Prestige Liquor store). In the just the past couple of months alone thousands of dvd's have hit the neighborhoods. Be on the lookout for a T.H.U.G. dvd in a hood near u soon (if not ALREADY).
